As of April 2016, José accepted the tenured-track faculty position at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee as Assistant Professor of Music Business & Music Production and Applied Instructor of Electric Bass. For students who are interested in (1) become efficiently equipped for the evolving modern music industry; (2) expanding their multi-faceting skills through an innovative curriculum that equips them to be thriving 21st Century Musicians - a 'renaissance' musician - one who is a performer-composer-producer-entrepreneurs; (3) gaining opportunities to collaborate with other professionals, and; (4) starting their careers as they pursue an academic degree, strongly consider Lee University's School of Music - Music Business program.
